It is required that our customers take out and maintain insurance cover for the duration of any storage contract entered into with us.

Insurance can be arranged in two ways, either by yourself (a copy of the cover note will be needed before any unit can be used) or with us.  If you wish to take insurance cover out with us please click here to view our Self Storage Key Facts.

Insurance Premium:

For every £1000.00 of insurance cover required it costs just £3.00 plus 5% IPT (insurance premium tax) per month, with a minimum value cover of £2000.00.

For example: £3000.00 of cover = £9.00 plus 5% IPT @ £0.45 = £9.45 pcm.
